The 2010 USA National Karate-Do Federation National Championships were held July 8-11 in Greenville, South Carolina.  After several months of weekly training sessions, and a stepped-up intensive daily training regimine over the past month, our team members competed at top form at Greenville, and made a very strong showing

Congratulations to Meghan Chatfield, who won a gold medal in long weapons (bo), a bronze medal in short weapons (sai) and a bronze medal in Kata; to Dean Villanueva, who won gold medals in kata and kumite and a bronze medal in bo; Reilly da Silva, who won a silver medal in bo; and Dylan Howe, who won a bronze medal in bo!!!
